3D Printing for Marine

Parts built for marine.
No catalog needed.

Boats need parts that no chandlery stocks and no manufacturer still makes. FDM printing in UV-stable ASA and PETG produces winch-handle grips, fairlead bushings, hatch-slide liners, and rope-range hardware engineered for salt, sun, and load — rebuilt from a photo, quoted in 24 hours, shipped anywhere.

What we print for marine

Your industry. Your parts.

FDM printing in engineering materials — PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU — to the geometry your operation needs. No tooling cost, no minimum order, open per-gram pricing.

Winch-handle grip caps and drum cover plates

Printed in ASA — UV-stable, salt-resistant, dimensionally stable on deck. No substitution: the offshore environment eats lesser materials.

Hatch-slide liners and companionway drop-board guides

PETG or ASA slide liners for hatch tracks and drop-board grooves, sized to the exact extrusion profile of the hatch system.

Rope-range fairlead inserts and sheet-lead guides

Fairlead inserts to any rope range from 6mm to 20mm, designed to the lead angle the deck layout requires.

Cleat bases, halyard organizer clips, and mast-base conduit covers

Deck and rig hardware in the material the application needs — ASA for exposed, PETG for interior runs.

Nav-station bracket mounts and instrument-pod bezels

Custom mounting geometry for chartplotters, VHF radios, and instrument heads at the angles the helm position needs.

How a job works

Photo to part in days.

  1. 01

Send a photo and a measurement

A phone photo of the broken part or the gap where one should go, plus rough dimensions. That is enough to start — no CAD file needed.

  2. 02

    Quote in 24 hours

A fixed price, the material we would use and why, and a ship date. No mystery pricing; the quote itemises material, machine time, and shipping.

  3. 03

    We engineer and print it

We rebuild the geometry in FORMA, our parametric CAD engine, and print it in the right engineering material in our New Brunswick shop.

  4. 04

    Shipped across Canada

Printed in New Brunswick, boxed, and shipped. Most runs are in your hands within days of approval. Worldwide on request.

Straight answers

Common questions from marine customers.

Can FDM parts survive offshore conditions?

ASA is UV-stable and salt-spray rated. PETG handles higher structural loads in protected applications. Both outlast nylon in outdoor marine use when specified correctly. We choose by application.

How do you engineer a part without the original drawings?

A phone photo and a tape measure. We rebuild the geometry in FORMA, our parametric CAD engine, and confirm fit before printing the final part.

What rope range can a custom fairlead handle?

We make fairleads to any rope range from 6mm to 20mm. Specify the rope diameter and lead angle and we design to it — oversized, tapered, or radiused as the application requires.

Do you ship to remote anchorages or deliver via a courier depot?

We ship anywhere in Canada and worldwide. Remote addresses use courier depots where there is no door delivery; we advise at quote time and confirm the best route.
