3D3D builds custom work. Most of what we produce is made to your specifications, which means standard retail return policies do not apply. Here is what does.
If a 3D-printed part is defective — meaning it does not match the specifications we agreed on, has a manufacturing flaw, or is damaged in shipping — we will replace it at no charge. Email info@3d3d.ca with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will ship the replacement as soon as it is ready.
Custom parts that are built to your specifications and function as agreed are non-returnable. This includes parts printed from your files, rebuilt parts, and any custom fabrication work. If you are unsure about a design, we recommend ordering a prototype first.
Digital products, including STL file downloads, are non-refundable once delivered. The file is yours permanently after purchase.
Software subscriptions (CRM, website hosting, managed services) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Website builds and custom software projects are governed by the scope agreed in your project quote. Changes to scope after work begins may affect pricing and timeline — we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
For any refund or return question, email info@3d3d.ca. We answer within 24 hours.
