Software that can prove
every decision it made.

47 KB, zero dependencies, running in production across three deployed services. When we integrate PulZ into your system, you get the source, the chain, and the full governance record.

PulZ is a 47 KB zero-dependency governance kernel for automated decision systems. It adds confidence gates, a tamper-evident audit chain, and a structured decision journal to any service that needs accountable automation — AI-powered or otherwise.

PulZ — zero-dependency governance kernel and tamper-evident audit chain

What is PulZ?

A 47KB zero-dependency governance kernel: confidence gates, tamper-evident audit chains, and a system of record for automated decisions.

What you get

What do you get with PulZ?

A named system of 4 components — not a list of features, a description of what the software actually does.

Gates

Confidence Thresholds

Set the minimum confidence level for any automated decision. Below threshold: escalates to a human. Above: proceeds with a signed record automatically.

Audit

Tamper-Evident Chain

Every decision produces a hash-linked record. The chain is cryptographically verifiable — each entry proves it was not modified after the fact.

Logging

Decision Journal

Structured records of what ran, what inputs were used, what confidence was scored, and what conclusion was reached. Searchable and exportable.

SDK

Zero-Dependency Kernel

47 KB, no external dependencies. Drop it into any service that needs accountable automation without adding a dependency tree or a new attack surface.

Named proof

Who built this, and why does it work?

47 KB at runtime, zero external dependencies. Running in production in three deployed services. The audit chain produces verifiable hash-linked records on every automated decision.

Build pricing

How much does it cost to build something like PulZ?

Three fixed tiers for scoped work. All include full source handover, your hosting, your keys — no ongoing seat licence required.

Starter build

$1,500

One-time fixed-scope deliverable. Best for single-feature tools, internal utilities, and clearly defined automation.

Mid-scope build

$2,500

Discovery, design, build, and handover. Best for client-facing apps and systems that need a defined user experience.

Full custom build

$5,000

Complete scope, full source, and production deployment. Best for commercial apps and anything shipping to paying users.

All prices CAD. We scope before we quote — describe the problem at info@3d3d.ca and we will respond within 24 hours.

Straight answers

Questions about PulZ.

What does 'tamper-evident' mean in practice?
Every decision PulZ logs produces a cryptographic hash linked to the previous record. If any record is altered, the chain breaks and the tampering is immediately detectable on verification.
Is PulZ suitable for regulated industries?
PulZ is designed for auditability. The decision journal can be exported and presented as evidence in regulated contexts. Discuss your specific compliance requirement at info@3d3d.ca.
How big is the PulZ runtime footprint?
47 KB at runtime, zero external dependencies. Drop it into any existing service without adding a vulnerability surface or a dependency tree to maintain.
Can PulZ integrate with non-AI automated systems?
Yes. PulZ's confidence gates and audit chain work with any automated decision system — rules engines, scoring models, workflow automation. It does not require an AI component.
