Terms

Last updated: June 2026

By using 3d3d.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Quotes are project-specific and depend on material, machine time, tolerances, environment, and delivery requirements. A quote is an offer, not a contract, until both sides confirm it by email. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

Custom manufactured parts — whether for industrial equipment, field machinery, automotive restoration, or specialized marine hardware — are built for the use case and operating parameters you describe to us. Hidden loads, incorrect measurements, and undisclosed operating conditions change the engineering risk profile. Tell us the truth about where the part lives and how it will be used, and we will engineer and produce it accordingly.

Do not send files you do not own or have permission to share. By sending us a file, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use your files solely to assess and produce your work.

When you commission work from 3D3D — a 3D-printed part, a website, custom software, or any other deliverable — you own the finished work product. The code, the files, the data: yours. We retain no license to your commissioned work except what is needed to deliver it.

The content on 3d3d.ca — text, design, graphics, code, and logos — belongs to 3D3D unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be collected where required by law.

3D-printed parts carry no warranty beyond fitness for the use case you described to us. If a part is defective — meaning it does not match the agreed specifications — we will replace it at no charge. See our returns policy at /returns for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D3D's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved first by informal discussion via email. If that fails, the courts of New Brunswick have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. If we do, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, infrastructure failures, government actions) excuse performance for their duration.

These terms were last updated in July 2026.
