Software

We hand over keys,
not subscriptions.

12 apps deployed and running. Every one is proof of one promise: when we build software for you, you own it outright — the code, the deploy, the keys.

3D3D has shipped 12 real applications — boat management, governed AI, text-to-CAD, team communication, education, and more. Each one is live proof that the software we build for clients comes with full source, no licence lock, and a handover that ends with you in complete control.

01Hullmark · live

The home base for boat life.

A boat platform that runs offline-first: live vessel readiness, navigation chart, maintenance log, and the paperwork of boat ownership in one place. Built from real miles, used on a real boat.

See Hullmark

02ORA · beta

Your AI works. You keep the keys.

A local-first governed AI operator: a fail-closed security broker blocks destructive actions, a plain-English approval queue holds anything risky for your yes, and every action lands on a tamper-evident audit chain. Free open core (ORA Warden); your hardware, your rules, your keys.

See ORA

03FORMA · beta

Describe a part. Get manufacturable CAD.

Text to CAD with a real parametric constraint engine underneath: STEP, DXF, STL, and 3MF out, true boundary-representation geometry, not melted meshes. FORMA generates the parts we sell.

04PulZ · beta

The kernel that makes software prove it.

A 47KB zero-dependency governance kernel: confidence gates, tamper-evident audit chains, and a system of record for automated decisions.

See PulZ

05Yak · free

Instant team communication.

A private walkie-talkie for your team: voice, chat, and file handoff with tamper-evident stamps. No accounts harvested, no feed.

See Yak

06Mom Me · live

A parenting companion that respects your family.

Privacy-first parenting support: wellness tools and guidance without your family's data becoming the product.

See Mom Me

07OpenKernel EDU · live

Computer science you can play with.

Operating-system and assembly concepts made playable in the browser. Built for classrooms, libraries, and curious kids.

See OpenKernel EDU

08Sovereign AI · beta

A private workstation on your own hardware.

A self-hosted stack that turns one mid-range GPU into a private assistant: local models, web UI, and tool access, configured and handed over.

See Sovereign AI

09Ironclad · beta

Estimating for metal shops.

Built for High End Welding: blueprint in, joints, passes, and cost out. It learns the shop's own numbers instead of imposing someone else's.

Build pricing

What does custom software cost?

Three tiers for scoped work. All include full source handover, your hosting, your keys — no ongoing seat licence.

Starter build

$1,500

One-time, fixed-scope deliverable. Best for internal tools, automation scripts, and well-defined single-feature apps.

Mid-scope build

$2,500

Discovery, design, build, and handover. Best for client-facing apps, multi-user systems, and projects that need a defined UX.

Full custom build

$5,000

Complete scope, full source, and production deployment. Best for commercial apps, SaaS products, and anything going to paying users.

All prices CAD. Private AI setup and care plans are priced separately — see the Sovereign AI page. Describe the problem first at info@3d3d.ca and we will scope before we quote.

Straight answers

Questions about the software.

What does 'you own it outright' mean?
No SaaS lock-in. When we build software for you, you receive the source code, deployment configuration, and hosting credentials. We hand over the repository and the keys. The software works whether or not 3D3D exists ten years from now.
Are the apps on this page for sale or available for licensing?
Several are available for white-labeling and licensing. Email info@3d3d.ca with your use case. Custom builds that start from an existing app begin at $1,500 for scoped, well-defined work.
How much does a custom software build cost?
Productized builds start at $1,500 for well-defined, scoped deliverables. Mid-scope custom projects — discovery, design, build, and handover — are $2,500. Full custom apps with complete production delivery are $5,000. We scope before we quote: describe the problem first.
What is the difference between live, beta, free, and building status?
Live means deployed and usable right now. Beta means real users, working software, and honest rough edges — it is in your hands and evolving. Free means open to use at no cost with no account required. Building means in active development; email info@3d3d.ca if you want to get in early.
Who builds and maintains these apps?
Randall Marshall and a focused team based in New Brunswick. The same people who build your app review its performance and maintain it. No offshore handoffs, no support ticket queues where nobody knows the codebase.
Can I use one of these apps for my own business?
Yes. Several are designed for adaptation — Ironclad for trades and fabrication shops, Sovereign AI for any hardware-owning team, Yak for any private crew. Email info@3d3d.ca to discuss fit and scope.

The last step

Need software you actually own?
