Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Canada Post tracked shipping anywhere in Canada. International shipping is available on request — email us for a rate.

Can I request a colour not listed?

Yes. Email info@3d3d.ca with the colour you need. We'll confirm whether we have it on the spool and quote turnaround — usually same day.

What if the part doesn't fit or has a defect?

Defective or incorrectly-printed parts are reprinted and reshipped at no charge. If measurements were supplied by you and the geometry is correct, a reprint costs $15 to cover materials. We stand behind every part that leaves our shop.

Can this be printed at a different scale?

Custom scaling is available on request. Email us with the dimensions you need and we'll quote it. Most custom-scale jobs ship within the same timeframe as standard orders.
